When we implement a complete solution, we include customised user and database administrator training with the rollout of your new system.
Database administrators learn just how easy it can be to maintain the ACT! program. Users learn how to input and manage their customer data, organize and automate their daily activities, and meet management requests for accurate forecasts and reporting.
Training is usually held on-site, although off-site can be easily arranged
- Classes are hands-on, interactive, and engaging.
- We design sessions for end-user, administrator and management-level attendees.
- Your end-user training sessions are up to a half-day.
- Each session can be designed to the needs of your users following processes of your organisation.
- Training materials - either customised for your database, or a standard series - are provided for each attendee.
- Administrator training is in-depth and customized to suit your implementation. We make you as self-sufficient as you want to be.
